PRIVATE INVITATION — THRIVE LEADERSHIP FORUM MEMBERS

Three Days in Napa Valley to Reflect on Your Impact — and Define What Comes Next.

Thrive Leadership Retreat

October 15–17, 2026

The Car Club, Napa Valley

Impact Leadership: Impact in your community · workplace · environment

Limited to 30 attendees · Spots filling from existing TLF members first

RETREAT THEME

“Impact — Past, Present, and Future”

What have you built? What are you building right now? And what legacy do you intend to

leave? Those three questions sit at the center of everything we’ll explore in Napa this October.

Not in a lecture. Not in a workshop. In conversation — the kind that only happens when the

right people are in the same room with enough time and space to go deep.

Three days. Twenty to thirty carefully selected people. One of the world’s great valleys. And a schedule

designed to mix real work with real experience.

 DAY-BY-DAY OVERVIEW

THURSDAY, OCT 15

CONNECTION DAY

Start the morning at Plate Kitchen — sourcing ingredients at a local farmer’s market and cooking together in teams. Afternoon speaker sessions and impact panels at The Car Club. Evening open networking mixer.

FRIDAY, OCT 16

Insiders Day

Morning wine tasting and working groups at a Napa winery. Afternoon consultant spotlights, Keith’s teaching session, and Hazel’s session — members only. Private group dinner and optional live music in the evening.

SATURDAY, OCT 17

Your Morning, Your Day

Oxbow Market walk and coffee as a group, then choose your experience: wine deep dive, spirits and beer tasting, or a creative track — pottery, candle making, or paint & sip. Saturday wraps at noon.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions Answered

WHO IS THIS FOR?

The Thrive Leadership Retreat is an invitation-only event for Thrive Leadership Forum members — existing members and a select group of new members being welcomed this year. If you received this invitation, you belong here.

WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?

Everything on the agenda — the Plate Kitchen cooking experience, wine tasting and cave tour, all programming at The Car Club, private group dinner, live music, and Saturday morning experiences. Shuttle transportation is included. Hotel and travel are separate — lodging recommendations and our group hotel block details are sent with your confirmation.

I DON’T DRINK — IS THIS STILL THE RIGHT EVENT FOR ME?

Absolutely. The Friday wine tasting is set up to accommodate non-drinkers with juice and food pairings. Saturday Track C (pottery, candles, paint & sip) is a fully non-drinking option. And the rest of the programming has nothing to do with wine.

WILL THERE BE OUTSIDE GUESTS?

Thursday evening features an open networking mixer at The Car Club, open to chamber members and local guests. Friday and Saturday are private — members only.

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE THERE?

We’re holding this to a hard cap of 30 — 20 existing members plus up to 10 new members being welcomed this year. It’s intentionally small so the conversations stay real.
